Wanderment (noun)
The act of wandering, or roaming.
Wanderment Brewing is the creation of its founder and head brewer John Flaherty’s two favorite things, traveling and craft beer. After a trip to Vermont and Maine that involved going to several breweries and brew pubs for his 30th birthday, John became obsessed with creating beers from places he’s traveled and hopes to travel to one day.
The style that stood out to John after his travels were farmhouse/saisons especially if they were slightly tart, hence mixed culture ales. Realizing there was a gap in the market, John hyper focused on learning the methods to brew, age, and condition this style as well as growing his own house culture used in all of our mixed cultures.
We are targeting an opening date of Spring 2024 at 800 E 64th Ave Unit 8 Denver, CO 80229.
