Grovekeeper is a mixed culture saison brewed with spelt and wheat grains. Aged over in Family Jones gin barrels then conditioned on copious amounts of Colorado Blue and Engelmann spruce tips.

'NZxWC' is our modern West Coast IPA series utilizing one or multiple New Zealand hops.

Our second iteration will focus on two heavy hitter crowd favorite hops - Nelson & Nectaron!

We up'd the amount of hops and slightly tweaked the malt bill this time to be crisper, bolder, and more juicy.

Welcome back our much anticipated 12º Czech Pilsner, Kills for the Pils!

We followed as much Czech tradition in the making of this beer - Czech malts, 100% Saaz hopped, a very famous Czech brewery yeast, naturally carbonated via spunding, and an extended lagering time.

Get a pour directly from the tank for a naturally carbonated, unfiltered experience.
Our owner and brewer John will be personally pouring, giving a tour of our brew area, and available to answer any questions.

We'll also be serving it filtered from the tap for a side by side comparison.

We welcome the return of two of our dry-hopped saisons Augury & Portent. The barrel blends this year might be even better than before and we even bumped the dry-hop rates!

Mild Abandon is a traditional English dark mild ale that is low in alcohol but full of flavor for the chilly months ahead.

Coming in at 3.7% it's the perfect beer when you want a couple pints of something dark but still be able to carry on with your day.

We just got in the freshest hops Billy Goat Hop Farm could bring us this year and brewed up a crisp, dank IPA with them.

Whirlpooled with entirely Chinook fresh hops combined with a Citra & Simcoe base merging classic with modern west coast IPA techniques.
