Moment in Bloom is a mixed culture saison aged on Sakura flowers (Cherry Blossoms).

Brewed with spelt, pilsner, & wheat malts then aged in a blend of some of our best barrels & puncheons with Colorado wildflower honey and finally conditioned gently on Sakura flowers from Japan.

Every year Sakura flowers bloom in Japan and all over the world just after spring in mid-April for a short period of time.

In 2022, our brewer and owner John spent some time in Bonn, Germany and got to see first hand the beauty of these flowers in bloom. This year we wanted to pay homage to this beautiful flower with this Saison.

This is a very special beer that is unlike any other that we are very proud of - it may be the first commercial beer that has been aged on these special flowers.

Bottle pours will be available for on site as well as 500ml bottles to go, 1 case bottle limit.
