I went as simple and pure as possible with this recipe on this one: German PIlsner & touch of Vienna malt, 100% Hallertauer Mittelfrüh hops, Andechs yeast, and of course an extended lagering period.

Get a pour directly from the tank for a naturally carbonated, unfiltered experience.
Our owner and head brewer John will be personally pouring, giving a tour of our brew area, and available to answer any questions.
