"What is that on the left side?!" you might be asking yourself. Any brewer knows hop sludge, spent dry hop, or my personal favorite, "yeast or poop?".
Almost every brewery throws away spent hops after one batch of beer and while it doesn't look pretty, it smells amazing! We thought to ourselves, "Why can't we use these dry-hops a second time?" and had to give it a try. After all, wild/funky breweries have done it with fruits for years, what could go wrong?
With ingredients getting expensive year after year and resources getting more rare we hope this will start a trend to save money (and pass it on to the customer), use less resources, and keep this craft going on as long as possible.
